I felt there was no respect for my late father nor those who attended the service. We were held up by your traffic lights, shunted out of the back door before we had a chance to say our final farewells and then told to remove ourselves from the rear of the building as the conveyor belt was moving.
Fundamentally I felt my father's funeral was made more heartbreaking by the entire system.
Unfortunately I may be on your conveyor belt one day but in my will I have opted for a slightly longer journey to Grenoside

My Mother passed 8 years ago in August and I found the facilities at Grenoside to be superb. There was no hassle, no rush, dignity and an empathetic approach.
My mother could not have wished to have a better level of care or service.
