The need for memorialisation is a relatively new concept. In the early days the recommended procedure was to have the cremated remains strewn over the Garden of Remembrance and to arrange for an entry to go into the Book of Remembrance.

In more recent times, we as a community, are recognising the benefits that memorials have in alleviating our grief.

The importance of being able to visit a Garden of Remembrance to lay flowers or simply to remember a loved one is immeasurable.

We aim to provide bereaved families with a choice of memorials including the Book of Remembrance, Wall Plaques, Roses & Shrubs, Seats, Individual Plots.

Any of the above would provide you with a focal point when visiting the Crematorium.
