The loss of a loved one may be expected or sudden, but it is always hard to accept.

Every day at Harwood Park we meet people who face bereavement in their own private way. We may spend time with you personally or have contact through a funeral director. We are here to provide a service that is sympathetic and supportive in every respect.

The passing of a loved one, for many, is a time to reflect. For others, there can be no solace at this time.

Arranging a funeral is a very personal matter. So what is it that makes a fitting tribute? Only you will know   Whilst we are happy to make all the arrangements on your behalf, we are equally happy to work with you towards a service that is unique. We encourage you to take your time to think about it. We are here to help.

At Harwood Park we seek to create an atmosphere of calm and reassurance. The chapel is set amidst colourful and well-tended memorial gardens and surrounded by peaceful, open countryside.

Many who have attended a service at Harwood Park return regularly to visit the resting place of their loved one. Some come to tend memorials, to leave flowers or simply to feel comforted. You are, of course, always welcome.

We are open daily and our trained and caring staff are always on hand to help in any way they can. Please feel free to visit us.
